To ensure the fastest delivery, items in your order may arrive in separate, carefully tracked parcels.

Delivery Time: To bring you the latest trends at the best prices, we ship our products directly from our global fulfillment centers. The average delivery time to the Netherlands and Belgium is 7 to 15 business days.

Remote Areas & Islands (Exclusions): While we strive to offer free shipping to everyone, certain remote locations and islands incur significant surcharges from our couriers. Free shipping does not apply to the following regions: 

Netherlands: Wadden Islands (Zip codes: 1791-1797, 8881-8899, 9161-9166, 9191-9197).

Germany: All North and Baltic Sea islands.

France: Corsica (Zip codes starting with 20) and offshore coastal islands.

Orders placed for these locations may be subject to a shipping surcharge or cancellation.

Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way!
